Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days from delivery date. Unfortunately, after that, we can not offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Items also must be in it's original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards, swimwear or intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered Final Sale.
Any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a return.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase or delivery date will not be accepted.
Refunds (If applicable)
Once you return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment within 5 business days.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within a timely manner, double check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges
If you would rather exchange your item for the same, send us an email at info@myfashionleaks.com. After your request has been approved, you may send your item(s) to: 888 S. Edgelawn Dr. Suite 1741, Aurora, Il. 60506. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted form your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75 or more, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
